Dr. Chinmay completed his MBBS from Bayramjee Jhejhebhoy Government Medical College & Sassoon General Hospital, Pune, followed by a Postgraduate MS in Orthopaedic Surgery from Government Medical College, Miraj, under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.
He has undergone advanced fellowships in Arthroscopy, Sports Medicine, and Joint Replacement (Conventional & Robotic), gaining exposure to cutting-edge surgical techniques and minimally invasive procedures.
He has attended numerous prestigious workshops and courses, including AO Recon, Shoulder Cadaveric Courses, International Arthroscopy Academy, Pelvi-Acetabular Cadaveric Workshops, and live operative courses by leading Orthopaedic experts. These trainings have equipped him with expertise in complex trauma management, knee and shoulder arthroscopy, hip and knee arthroplasty, spine surgeries, and paediatric orthopaedics.

With hands-on experience in high-volume hospitals such as Government Medical College, Miraj, Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil Government Hospital, Sangli, and Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai, Dr. Chinmay has successfully managed trauma cases, polytrauma patients, mass casualties, complex fractures, arthroplasty, and sports injuries. He has conducted weekly CTEV clinics under CURE India, performing Poinsetti’s techniques, TA tenotomies, and assisting in PMSTR surgeries.
Dr. Chinmay clinical acumen is complemented by his research contributions, including a published study on proximal tibia bicondylar fractures (Schatzker Type 5) treated with dual plating, presented at national conferences.
